Lou Stacey, Co-Founder

Lou’s passion for understanding consumers was ignited over 25 years ago at GFK, where she had foundational training in quantitative and qualitative practice. She’s been consulting in insights for 13 years. Her superpower is building and supporting leaders with a large vision insight activation programmes and has recent success with Coca-Cola and Vegetables by Bayer.  

Living close to the centre of London, Lou enjoys free time in the cultural hotspots the city has to offer, including festivals, gigs, galleries and restaurants.

Kirstie Hawkes, Co-Founder

15 years at P&G provided Kirstie with extensive experience in marketing and commercial leadership roles, which she later built on this with 13+ years in shopper and category consulting. Kirstie’s superpower is her passion and energy, engaging multi-functional teams within large, matrixed organisations, including virtual teams. 

Kirstie loves to be outside, ideally on or near water, and when it is warm can be found sailing around Chichester Harbour.

Tijs Dujardin, Co-Founder

Having over 15 years of both client-side (P&G) and consulting experience (Kantar Consulting London) across categories & geographies, Tijs champions the belief that clients waste too much time defining strategies whereas the only strategy customers, consumers and shoppers see is execution. His passion is engaging multi-functional teams to deliver pragmatic category & go-to-market solutions that have an impact. 

Outside his professional life, Tijs holds advisory roles in various Belgian NGOs, he likes to hit the slopes, and during the summer months, Tijs relives his youth during various music festivals. But above all, Tijs loves to take his wife and 2 little ones, Sienna and Oscar, on new adventures.

Dominique Vercraeye, Co-Founder

Over 30 years with Kantar and 5 years in coaching leaders and teams to align on facts=> strategy => action plans, provided Dominique with incredible experience in helping leaders and their teams in making better decisions for achieving their ambition and goals. Dominique’s power is his critical thinking, challenging the status quo and opening the windows to new, alternative solutions.

 

Dominique loves to connect people through charity, sports, and get-togethers. He is a big believer in the wisdom generated through social connections.

David Boon, Co-Founder

David is an experienced entrepreneur, consultant and trainer with over 20 years of client-side (P&G, Public Sector) and consulting experience (Fraction, Kantar Consulting). He has delivered projects at local and Global scales for many of the world’s largest FMCG firms, with additional experience in Retail, eCommerce and Finance. David believes in the power of distilling complex data into a handful of simple truths that can be utilised to accelerate business performance. He is also the founder and CEO of one of our technology partners, Interrodata.

David enjoys outdoor adventure when not at his desk, whether racing kayaks on the river Thames, hill-walking or enjoying activities in the snow.
